You need to create a new shortcut to open NAV. So ist for the BOOKKEEPER role use
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe" -Configure -profile:"bookkeeper"
